VP, Sales & Business Development
The VP, Sales & Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing and closing business opportunities, developing long-term customer, vendor and industry relationships, assisting with proposal development efforts, and other related sales activities. Additional responsibilities include vertical trade show planning and coordination along with various marketing related activities. As a key member of a small, energized team, this position manages sales and business development activities of the Company’s software, professional services, training and network services to mid-sized to large, complex organizations with national presence.

The VP, Sales & Business Development achieves revenue goals by communicating effectively with appropriate executives, prospects and internal company staff.  The individual must show stable employment history and proven, quantifiable ability to successfully prospect and close opportunities. We are looking for individuals that have experience with the complete solution sell.  Must have sales and management experience within a software, systems, or services organization, preferably selling into the hospitality, retail, or gaming markets. 

Software Development Engineers (all levels)
We are currently seeking Software Development Engineers for our York, PA offices, with the passion to write code, learn new technologies, and create innovative products in a rapid development environment. Must have at least three years experience in developing client-server systems including database-driven applications. This position requires demonstrated experience developing client-server and web-based object-oriented applications, utilizing C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, database design and full lifecycle development. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server design (including triggers and stored procedures), web services, dynamic HTML, SQL Reporting, and Crystal Reports.NET is desirable. Knowledge of e-commerce, serial communications, and .NET mobility programming is also a plus. BS Computer Science degree or equivalent required. Microsoft certifications are also highly desireable.
