Livewire and Rapid Access Systems Join Forces in Strategic Alliance
Companies form Strategic Partnership to deliver new products and
services built on Livewire’s award-winning self-service platforms
Livewire International, Inc. and Rapid Access Systems, LLC, the two dominant
players in Colorado ski ticketing, announced today that they have entered into
an agreement to join forces to deliver enhanced solutions to Rapid Access
Systems’ established customer base as well as jointly market new products and
services within the self-service marketplace. The agreement provides for
Livewire’s TicketEngine? self-service and web-based ticketing system to be
utilized by Rapid Access System’s current customer base and also establishes a
co-marketing relationship between the two companies to allow Rapid Access
Systems to represent Livewire solutions throughout the western half of the
United States.
The migration of Rapid Access Systems’ customer base, including 60+ Albertsons
stores, the Air Force Academy and numerous military installations throughout
Colorado, to Livewire’s TicketEngine? system has recently been completed and
the companies are in the process of extending the products and services offered
throughout the Colorado market. In addition, the companies are jointly
marketing Livewire self-service solutions in areas where Rapid Access Systems
enjoys strong brand recognition for its exceptional service and support.
David McCracken, Livewire’s President said, “We’re excited to enter into this

significantly as a result, we believe Rapid Access’ reputation and strong sales
capabilities will allow us to penetrate new markets in the western U.S. more
quickly and more cost effectively. In particular, this agreement provides
enhanced opportunities to showcase the wide variety of technologies we have
incorporated in self-service products, including electronic concierge,
web-based ticketing, digital signage, and remote management.”
Jan Aiello and Linda Gilbert, co-founders of Rapid Access Systems, see the
relationship as positive for their company and their customers. Ms. Gilbert

via the improved technology and advanced reporting capabilities offered by
Livewire’s system; and we’re getting nothing but positive feedback from our

and now having the opportunity to market those same products and services is a
prospect we look forward to.”
